    • When will my order be processed?

    After placing your order, our team in the warehouse will process and prepare your products for shipment within 2 to 5 days (working days). We do not process/ship on weekends.

    • Can an order be cancelled?

    If your order has not yet been shipped, you have 12 hours to cancel/change the address. If this time limit has passed we cannot change it.

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

    After processing and shipping the product from one of our warehouses, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with information so you can track your order. Delivery times usually range from 3 to 10 working days to Europe (slightly longer for islands), 15 to 30 working days to Africa and  7 to 15 working days to North America. We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

    We are not responsible if the shipping company returns the package to the origin because the delivery has failed 2 or more times. This is the total responsibility of the customer.
